    Building on the New York Alliance for Inclusion & Innovation’s Practical Advice Session on “A CEO’s Guide to Time Management”, the association is pleased to partner with Mahoney Performance Institute to share techniques and ideas for better time management. 

    Where CEOs spend their time is a matter of priority for their agencies and signals priority for others in the organization. Being clear about how much time is spent in meetings, collaborating and alone is essential to maximizing your time. Having a true, accurate picture of how and where you’re spending your time will enable you to identify opportunities to delegate and prioritize and focus on the most important tasks and initiatives.

    MPI will share ideas for better CEO time management in areas including but not limited to:

    • Helping you get to know how you are spending your time and how you may want to change
    • Identifying if and what time management issues are most important to be addressed,
    • How to tighten up your meetings (fewer and shorter)
    • How to consistently protect time to work “on the business “
