    New York Alliance’s Center for Innovation & Learning is dedicated to promoting knowledge exchange activities as a convener, catalyst and clearinghouse in the field of disability supports and services in New York State.  The Center provides opportunities for professional development in the field and first-hand access to pertinent information, technical assistance and research.

    The Center is a compilation of education resource and the physical environment. Education opportunities are presented in a variety of modalities from live and archived webinars to in-person sessions held either on site in our “Center” or at a regional location.

    The Center provides a variety of professional development opportunities designed to provide pertinent information to all levels of professionals in the field of disability supports and to those business and community partners with said organizations for opportunities for full inclusion.  Offering expert resources and technical assistance, the Center seeks to support NY Alliance members, strengthen their capacity to provide the services people in New York and across the country seek and to build capacity within the community for people with disabilities to live inclusive lives.

    Continuing Education Hours: The New York Alliance is approved to provide continuing education hours for the following credentials by the New York State Education Department (NYSED), the American Nurses Association (Northeast Multistate Division) and the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification (CRCC) and more.

    • Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
    • Licensed Menta Health Counselor (LMHC)
    • Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC)
    • LPN, RN License Hours

    New York Alliance is in the process of applying to offer continuing education hours for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Language Therapy through the NYS Education Department (NYSED) and Human Resources hours through the NY Society for Human Resources Management.     The New York Alliance for Inclusion & Innovation SW CPE is recognized by the New York State Education Department's State Boards for Social Work and Mental Health Counselors as an Approved Provider of Continuing Education for licensed social workers and Licensed Mental Health Counselors provider numbers #0105 & MHC-0054.

    The New York Alliance's Center for Innovation & Learning is the ideal venue for all of your business events.
